The idea for MHR Moving started in September 2018….

Our activity in the moving and transportation sector started with a small team, and our first goal was to transform the traditional and outdated methods of moving into a modern, contemporary approach. We aimed to solve the major challenges in the industry with MHR Moving.

The most important step we took in the beginning was eliminating the haggling over moving costs, and the confusion with workers and drivers at the customer’s home. We introduced sending a complete invoice with the full tariff before the move and providing the final bill from the company at the end of the job, eliminating disputes once and for all. However, this was just one of the challenges in the moving industry, and the first step we took to address them.

Our next step was to offer a comprehensive moving package, which included everything from providing packing boxes, padding, and other necessary moving supplies to packing household items, transportation, setting up the new home, and completing technical installations. All of these services are provided as part of a single package to the customer. To calculate the price, a free on-site inspection is conducted, and an accurate cost estimate is given before the move.

With this service, moving turned from a stressful, hassle-filled task into a seamless multi-hour project. From the proper way to pack and transport goods to organizing training sessions for the moving team, managing the team was one of our main concerns from the very beginning . Through hours of training in proper communication, customer interaction, and respect, we were able to bring together experienced and well-trained personnel for the job.

As a result, MHR Moving Team and our moving service became distinguished from other companies, with everyone talking about the expertise, skill, and friendly, patient demeanor of our team members.
